✔️ Structure from day one
✔️ Samples that actually fit
✔️ Support that meets you where you are

Real Brands. Real Results.

“We used to spend far too much on sampling. Meredith’s guidance allowed us to be smarter and more deliberate. We developed far more complex, well-fitting pieces and saved time and money. I can’t stress enough how strong her project management skills are. The detailed T&As, supplier communication, and planning tools allowed us to enjoy the development process for the first time ever.”

— Katie McClure, Co-Founder of Mirth

“Working with Meredith on our small-batch sustainable knitwear program was such a pleasure. We ended up with a collection that felt elevated, cohesive, and truly aligned with our brand values. Meredith made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and intentional. To anyone considering working with her—do it.”

Knitwear Still Feels Like a Mystery

*

Knitwear Still Feels Like a Mystery *

You’ve got the vision. The taste. The ambition. But when it comes to knitwear, something’s not adding up.

  • Your creative ideas get lost in translation

  • Samples don’t fit — and you’re not sure where it went wrong

  • You’re caught between high standards and  real-world production constraints

  • You’re stuck in costly trial-and-error cycles.

  • You want to do it right — and need a trusted guide to get there.

Here’s the truth: knitwear isn’t just another product category. It’s its own language — and when you treat it like everything else, the disconnect shows up in the product, the process, and the price you pay to fix it.

If you’re nodding yes... you’re in the right place.

The Solution?

The Knitwear Partner Program - it’s a one-stop partnership blending creative direction, technical expertise, and production strategy — so your knitwear doesn’t just look good, it fits and sells beautifully.

If any of this feels familiar:

  • Your factory sends back samples that don’t match your elevated vision.

  • You’re confused by knitwear language

  • You have strong ethical values, but lack knitwear partners who get it.

You don’t need another season of samples that miss the mark. You need a thoughtful, strategic path forward — one led by someone who understands both your creative ambition and the production realities beneath it.

This program exists to take you out of that frustrating cycle and create knitwear with you that moves your brand forward!

Why This Program Works

Led by an Expert: Meredith brings experience designing for Tory Burch, La Ligne, Michael Kors Collection, and more.

  • Creative + Technical: You get both vision and execution—no compromises.

  • The KNIT Method: A structured but flexible process that saves time and reduces sampling waste.

  • Factory-Ready: Clear tech packs and fitting notes, so production runs smoothly.

  • Sustainably Minded: Rooted in craft. Designed for modern brands.

  • Fit First: No more beautiful pieces that don’t perform.

  • Clarity from Day One: Know what’s next. Always.

Just knitwear that works — beautifully.

  • This is a premium, done-with-you partnership for founders serious about building or refining a high-quality, scalable knitwear category — with clarity, confidence, and technical precision.

    Base package starts at $6,500
Includes 50 hours of expert knitwear development support over 6 months.

Monthly hourly billing — not a retainer
You’re only billed for the time we actually use. If we work 10 hours in a given month, you’ll be invoiced for exactly that — no inflated packages, no surprise fees.

This structure keeps your investment aligned with the real work required — clearly tracked, transparently communicated, and tailored to your product goals.

  • At the base rate (~50 hours), you can expect support to:

    • Develop and launch 2–4 brand-new knitwear styles (in multiple colors or stitch variations — depending on complexity)

    • Course-correct and refine a higher volume of existing styles

    • Move from concept → sample → production-ready handoff

    • Receive a detailed roadmap using the KNIT Method: Kickoff · Navigate · Integrate · Transform

All of this is scoped in your proposal after your free Clarity Call — so you only pay for what your brand truly needs.

  • The true cost isn’t just financial — it’s creative energy, time, and momentum lost.

Here’s what founders often face when they try to go it alone:

    • 2–3 poor-fitting samples
→ $1,500–$3,000 in wasted materials, freight, and remakes

    • Missed production window
→ Thousands lost in revenue, seasonal delays, and brand momentum

    • Factory miscommunication
→ Dozens of hours wasted in back-and-forth emails with no clear resolution

    • Last-minute rework
→ Burnout, lost confidence, and a product you don’t actually love

Most founders spend more trying to fix what should’ve worked the first time.
This is your chance to avoid the chaos — and launch with clarity, confidence, and product you’re proud to stand behind.
